Canada's Workforce Choice Awards, presented by BOWEN Group (a division of Agilus), is the first awards show of its kind in Canada, inviting all members of the workforce, whether they be seasonal, summer student, freelance, contract, temporary, part-time or full-time, to vote for the best workplaces in Canada, across all industries.
The awards honour outstanding companies in eight categories: Inclusion & Diversity, Indigenous Champion, Women's Advancement, Health & Wellness, Technology & Innovation, Training & Development, Environmental Sustainability, and Community Connector.
Any outstanding Canadian company demonstrating excellence in Inclusion & Diversity, Indigenous Champion, Women's Advancement, Health & Wellness, Technology & Innovation, Training & Development, Environmental Sustainability, or as a Community Connector.
To vote for a company, an individual must have been employed in Canada as a seasonal, summer student, contract, freelance, temporary, part-time or full-time employee at the company within the past two years.
Once voting is live, voting can be completed and submitted online by visiting the Vote page.
The deadline to vote for a company will be announced in early 2023.
An organization is when a current or recent worker (seasonal, summer student, contract, freelance, temporary, part-time or full-time employee) votes for the company as one of Canada’s best workplaces by completing the survey on the Vote page.
Winners will be chosen based on votes from the most qualified workplace judges: contractors and employees like you.
The winners are selected based on the rankings and comments provided by all members of the workforce, not simply on the number of votes submitted. Workers can vote for their employer in one or several of the eight award categories. We encourage employers to gain as many votes as possible.
Winners will be announced at the Canada's Workforce Choice Awards show. To purchase tickets, visit the Event page.
Canada's Workforce Choice Awards recognize leading companies in workforce engagement and performance. They serve to validate the remarkable work that goes into building an exceptional workplace, and they broadcast your organization’s priorities to current and future team members.
Recipients are presented with a commemorative award and publicly acknowledged for their excellence. They also enjoy the right to use the Workforce Awards emblem in their corporate, marketing and communications materials.
